Street Of Floating Umbrellas Will Appear In St. Petersburg This Summer
Incredible urban installation of the street of floating umbrellas will appear in Saint Petersburg this May, providing the city with more color and decoration.
As reported by the creators of this concept, exactly one month in the sky will hang colorful umbrellas in the manner of those that have long adorned the space of the street in the Portuguese city of Agueda.
The large-scale art space that will take up a whole street, was supposed to open in 2014, but for many reasons, the event had to be postponed for 2015.
The creators received preliminary approval from the Central District administration. The appearance of the unusual street art is scheduled for May 15th. So hopefully, you will be able to walk under colorful umbrellas from May 15th to June 15th.
